The Abstract Modern collection is a study in structure meeting chaos. Each piece layers bold geometric frameworks — grids, circles, and interlocking arcs — over rich, organic color fields that pool, bleed, and marble like ink on wet paper. The result sits somewhere between stained glass and a kaleidoscope: crisp architectural lines contain loose, unpredictable color, giving every piece a sense of controlled energy. Palettes range from deep jewel tones — navy, gold, violet, and emerald — to softer, weathered pastels, but across the whole volume the same visual language holds: circles fracturing rectangles, color pooling inside hard-edged shapes, and a texture so rich it reads as tactile even on screen.
This collection began with a personal archive of paper textures, hand-scanned over the years long before they were ever meant for artwork — originally captured simply to use as smartphone and tablet backgrounds. Returning to that archive, those raw scans became the raw material for something new: layered digitally with geometric overlays, circular masks, and color treatments to transform ordinary paper grain into abstract composition. Every image in this volume is entirely digital in its final form and created without AI — each is a hand-directed composite, built piece by piece from real, physically-scanned texture rather than generated imagery.
